I haven't had any issues using Birdeye at this point. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Minimizes communicating via telephone. I prefer being able to message with clients versus only getting calls.

People normally only leave online reviews when they've had a bad experience. Birdeye allows us to make it easy for all patients to leave a review in an automatic process that helps our company maintain great Google ratings.

Especially the listing and social media feature, it was a great platform to work on as it integrate with all other social media.
