What do you like best about Birdeye? I like the scheduling aspects of Birdeye as well as the level of support we revieve. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The scheduling of social media posts has a few bugs to do with uploading the pictures. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye has solved scheduling problems, chatbot problems, listing problems, SMS marketing problems.
