What do you like best about Birdeye? Update 7-18-23: Still one of the best things we've done! An app update that they've done is in the automatic text sent out to clients after pick up for their feedback if they choose a 7 or lower it gives them also an option to leave a message to give us a little more information on their rating. This has been such a nice feature! It does happen where a client will accidentally hit 0 or 1 and they'll add a message in there that says they loved it etc and ...
