Birdeye gives our company a great platform for our customers reviews. It is a great way to see everything under one roof - especially as we have several locations and review sources to deal with.

I have been very pleased with Birdeye...
I have been very pleased with Birdeye. The review process for our patients is simplified and allows them to more readily provide feedback. Then onboarding team was thorough and helpful. The automatic responses to reviews is a nice feature and the app is simple, yet robust.

What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye has everything in one platform. It took me some time to get everyone at my business using it, but once we did we have been able to get a massive increase in reviews coming in and able to communicate with customers all in one place. "A Wonderful Experience - Great service to help with our company goals"
What do you like best about Birdeye? I enjoy the ease of access of the platform as well as how willing their team is to make improvements based on our feedback. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Hands on representatives and easy to use dashboard
The reps at Birdeye work hand and hand with us, with light touch bases throughout the month, they directly alert us of any issues going on with our account, and offer monthly meetings to ensure we are using the platform in the most functional way possible. The dashboard itself is easy to use, and after syncing with Google MyBusiness, all of our locations are available and managed through the Birdeye dashboard. What do you like best about Birdeye? The Customer service is excellent. I worked with Itishri throughout my onboarding and she was extremely comprehensive and attentive to my business's specific needs. "Birdeye is a great tool for managing customer satisfaction and feedback"
What do you like best about Birdeye? The customizable alerts/reports. You can monitor feedback realtime, or set up reports to deliver daily or weekly. Easy access with a link to new reviews in alerts. Good for staff and supervisors. What do you dislike about Birdeye? No downside. What do you like best about Birdeye? It's got a chatbot that's reliable and efficient, it keeps us in touch with our customers round the clock. The review generator is pretty great, too.
