What do you like best about Birdeye? Execution both on the service and SAAS levels are excellent. The product itself does a great job of requesting, gathering, and syndicating customer reviews which are so vital to our sales force in the field. "Great Customer Service & Review Results"

What do you like best about Birdeye? Great customer service and more reviews than we've ever had. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing to dislike-they make sure all is good! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? They've increased our social presence on google and now it's automated. More reviews than ever! I like that we can also text payment requests to clients.

"Life saver for steady great reviews"

What do you like best about Birdeye? How easy the set up and integration is with our CRM and social media accounts . Also how it sends automatic review requests based on the trigger set in the CRM we are seeing immediate results. What do you dislike about Birdeye? So far I love everything ! Truly it's one of those rare circumstances! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Asking for reviews it is now automated which is helping us get a flow of steady reviews

What do you like best about Birdeye? The birdeye team is always helpful, kind, and innovative. Not only are they a partner, they are a friend in your business initiatives! What do you dislike about Birdeye? The mobile app is lacking a few key features for admin users. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Automations.
