"Overall good experience so far with Birdeye."

What do you like best about Birdeye? We have been able to generate more reviews and manage social media all in one place. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I don't dislike anything about the platform. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are generating more google reviews and boosting our SEO. Birdeye has also helped with our social media posting making it easy to post on all of our accounts.

"Great Experience with Arijit!"

What do you like best about Birdeye? I like the fact that BE has the ability to automate review requests and send them out to patients everyday. What do you dislike about Birdeye? None at this time. I appreciate the SAAS and service I receive from BE representatives. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Automating reviews is easier than ever before! Having an Enterprise solution is paramount as it is most valuable for us.

"Great customer service!"

What do you like best about Birdeye? I really enjoyed that they were with me every step of the way in setting up my account. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have been having login issues but I think we have resolve them. I was impressed that there are technical team reached out to me personally to fix the issue. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The problem they are solving is our connection to clients after their case is settled.
