There isn't anything necessairly that I dislike about Birdeye! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye is helping us manage review responses as well as guest inquiries from social media/website.

It logs me out every day. But its okay because its super easy to log back in! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? They help us see what customers would like for us to improve on, and what customers like about us!

Simple to use and does what it says

Simple to use software, that delivers on what was promised , get my business more reviews in a simple manner, and increased new business although I must say that it did take a few months to really see the difference. However the onboarding team and support staff were always avaiable to help with any questions I had. They even helped me with a strategy and plan to hit my business goals..
