What do you like best about Birdeye? Communication, professionalism, management, organization, and overall great team. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There isn't anything necessairly that I dislike about Birdeye! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye is helping us manage review responses as well as guest inquiries from social media/website.

"My experience with Birdseye has been wonderful!"

What do you like best about Birdeye? It is easy for people to leave nice reviews about us! And we are happy to see what people would like us to improve on! What do you dislike about Birdeye? It logs me out every day. But its okay because its super easy to log back in! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? They help us see what customers would like for us to improve on, and what customers like about us!

Simple to use and does what it says

Simple to use software, that delivers on what was promised , get my business more reviews in a simple manner, and increased new business although I must say that it did take a few months to really see the difference. However the onboarding team and support staff were always avaiable to help with any questions I had. They even helped me with a strategy and plan to hit my business goals..

What do you like best about Birdeye? Bird eye has simple ways to get reviews online. We appreciate the simplicity of their program along with all the calls coming in since they came onboard. "Wonderful experience with Birdeye!"

What do you like best about Birdeye? The customer service was extremely helpful, even when things popped up that seemed complicated, Snehashish and the team had all the time and solutions! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing, it seems to fulfil all our needs. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Reducing friction between us and our customer through reviews and making the way we communicate with our customer more simplified.
