What do you like best about Birdeye? We switched from a very popular review and reputation tool to Birdeye. We were treated with white glove service from the moment that our integration began. We had a lot of questions and special requests that were addressed quickly and with enthusiasm. If there was a challenge the team was willing to jump on a call with our technical team to figure out a solution. What do you like best about Birdeye? Great customer service and willingness to fix any issues that might arise. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There are no downsides that i have noticed so far. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? They are helping us with sending our our CSAT surveys, social media posts and reputation management.

What do you like best about Birdeye? Easy to use and very efficient in soliciting and obtaining customer reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I really can't think of anything specific that we don't like. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye has solved the online reputation management component of our business. Our customer engagement has increased ten fold since we started using this product.

What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye has made it a lot quicker to receive feed back instead of having the patient fill out a patient survey on paper. By getting my reponse via email has be great. What do you dislike about Birdeye? At this time, I don't have any dislikes. Since we updated on 7/2023. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We no longer have to keep a folder for paper surverys. The feedback is now kept more confidental and easy accessible.

What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye allows for my staff to view and manage reviews on all platforms. The biggest benefit here is the abilty to identify issues as they are happening.
