What do you like best about Birdeye? Automation of so many functions and I was able to consolidate many applications under one roof. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Not applicable to our business as there is nothing I dislike. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? "Easy to use product"

What do you like best about Birdeye? How easy it is to use templates to complete review responses for customers. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The inbox can be very slow when trying to talk to several customers. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? How much easier and quicker the product is working to manage business/customer relations. It helps keep us on track and definitely more productive. The review responses are the easiest and quickest.

What do you like best about Birdeye? My rep, Sahil, is excellent. My prior reps, Jason and Josue were also amazing! Anytime I have a question or feel like I need more insight into an area of the site, Sahil is very responsive and gives me a good explanation. Also, the product itself is great.
