What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye has done a great job of automating the review request process for us. We really value the way the request look when sent to the customers. We have gotten invaluable feedback from our customers through the birdeye system. What do you dislike about Birdeye? What do you like best about Birdeye? I love the customer service and the staff at BirdEye. I feel very well taken care of by them and it certainly makes my job easier to manage. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The only suggestion that I have is that reports could be more customizable. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? BirdEye helps me to make sure all reviews are responded to and that negative reviews are looked into ASAP.
