This is a very friendly, efficiente, secure system you can organice and have a background about your transaction in just on system What do you dislike about Birdeye? Sometime the are some connectivity problems, but nothing else. It is the best system that I ever try What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Payments problems and communication too.

"Great Platform! Amazing Service"
What do you like best about Birdeye? The site and applications are very easy and quick to implement. The support we got from agents was always timely and efficient. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The platform cannot do everything for you. You must make marketing efforts that Birdeye can help optimize and these things may be out of your control. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Ensuring that our business is visible online.

They're almost TOO helpful -- they'll call and email relentlessly to follow up. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Reputation management is working great

What do you like best about Birdeye? It is very user-friendly with a lot of tools, including AI, and customizable features that are helpful. Client services are also very helpful and responsive.
