What do you like best about Birdeye? I like how easy it is to send out to my clients and implement with our current contact relationship management system. Great customer support. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish for the cost I could be able to get a little more. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Making it easier to ask for reviews and customer experience.

What do you like best about Birdeye? The quick responses to questions and wanting to help your company quickly succeed What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing! Everyone I have worked with has been helpful and eager to complete the job! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Generating customer reviews and storing them all in one place. This makes it much easier to manage reviews and increases response rates!

What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is a fantastic platform, but the support we get from the team makes our small team function like a large group. What do you dislike about Birdeye? "BIRDEYE SOFTWARE - SNEHASHISH"
What do you like best about Birdeye? The software has a variety of features that are easy to use and access. Snehashish explained the features very well and was incredibly patient. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Some customers mentioned that the replies seemed robotic/spam, so maybe being able to personalise the emails/texts more. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Having all the relevant socials in one simplised dashboard, making access very easy.

They're almost TOO helpful -- they'll call and email relentlessly to follow up. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Reputation management is working great
