No dislikes yet - all good things so far! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye allows for a more professional customer experience when requesting reviews. It also allows for a dedicated referral tracking feature.

What do you like best about Birdeye? The have an awesome customer review widget that you can put on your website. It's so helpful to be able to text and email clients for their reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The email template maker is limited and images etc has to be added via custom HTML. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes it extremely easy to get Google reviews fairly quickly. The automation is very convenient.

What do you like best about Birdeye? They specially integrated with Payzerware for more efficient reviews, now it's automatically generated and applied to our business. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Older generation doesn't know how to log into platforms, but they still use direct feedback What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?
