"Great all in one platform!"

What do you like best about Birdeye? The platform is very easy to use and understand and is great!. My past 2 reps, however, have not been good. We were transferred the supervisor of this team and he does a great job! He is very knowledgeable about the product and for the few things he doesn't, he's quick to send it to the other teams. "So easy to use"

What do you like best about Birdeye? Notifications sent to me when I receive a new review. What do you dislike about Birdeye? No link to click on when I receive an email from Birdeye. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Send out the review requests. It helps bring up your rating. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Having to check each site for reviews was a burden. Birdeye solves that and saves me time.

"Great service and it has accelerated my business"

What do you like best about Birdeye? It's easy to use as a business and for my customers. The customer service is great and the conversion has been huge. What do you dislike about Birdeye? When it transfers client details from my CRM system it doesn't always transfer the mobile numbers What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The we chat allows clients to ask questions easily and us answer them from anywhere at anytime

What do you like best about Birdeye? We really enjoy Birdeye. It was a very seamless onboarding and training with Itishri. We have already received many positive reviews for our company. What do you dislike about Birdeye? We don't need all the features but we enjoy the review feature. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Birdeye? That it is effortless and great customer service with Shraiya Bansal setting up my account and helping us with all the details to get it implemented. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I had to create a zap through Zapier into my CRM Bonzo which has been difficult to hit the correct milestone which we are still trying to get right. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting Zapier to fire on the correct milestone
