What do you like best about Birdeye? I like its simple-to-use interface on the web and also in the app itself. It's easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. The dashboard is probably my favourite thing as it displays everything at a glance and in ways that is easy to see/understand. What do you dislike about Birdeye? "Best support service!"
What do you like best about Birdeye? Overall the platform and the functionalities are great, but recently I have had a great experience regarding support service. They were super efficient, and my trouble was resolved in less than 20 minutes. They are very close and attentive with their clients. What do you dislike about Birdeye? What do you like best about Birdeye? The easy of use of the platform was the biggest highlight for me. Shraiya offered amazing customer service and support during the implementation process. I have been working with Birdeye for nearly 12 months now and their service + product has been nothing shy of brilliant. My onboarder Manya made everything straight forward and easy to follow. The platform has had several updates over the last 6 months including the release of AI. Whenever there is an update it is followed by easy to read/watch documents so we have been able to utilise the software to it's best ability. What do you like best about Birdeye? What do you like best about Birdeye? From the minute they went to work for us we saw immediate results. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I cannot think of anything that I don't like. What do you like best about Birdeye? The dashboard is friendly and easy to navigate. Colorful and helpful. Instant review management. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I didn't like the text feature at first, but now I love it. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Immediately solving issues when we get a 1, 2, or 3-star review. We can pinpoint the business and address the customer's concerns.
