What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye's platform easily lets you navigate so you don't waste time. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing, I don't dislike anything, in my opinion. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It's easy to see reviews from different platforms and reply to them, subscribe or unsubscribe. Quick and easy to use.

The Birdeye team worked with us closely to set it up initially and also provides ongoing support with a dedicated account manager. "It is a very simple and intuitive way to reach patients/clients."

What do you like best about Birdeye? It is extremely user friendly. It does not take long to get the hang of it! What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have no dislikes at this time! If i had one I know I could ask for assitance and it would be addressed. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It is making it faster to reach our patients and answer simple questions. Rather than having them call in and wait for someone to answer the phone.

What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye makes everything incredibly organized and makes it easy to see what reviews have a response and what needs attention. One of my favorite features is the 'internal notes' the staff can put on reviews, messages, or direct feedback. This makes it super easy to monitor the staff I oversee. They handle many tasks and has made our life smoother, as we can send text messages to the patients, confirm patient appointments, receive the payments from patients using link, also we can send statements to the patients. What do you dislike about Birdeye? It would be better if they could integrate with eCW, but it's not Birdeye, eCW doesn;t allow they to integrate with them. What do you like best about Birdeye? Overall the platform and the functionalities are great, but recently I have had a great experience regarding support service. They were super efficient, and my trouble was resolved in less than 20 minutes. They are very close and attentive with their clients. What do you dislike about Birdeye?
