What do you like best about Birdeye? The automation is great and there is plenty of customization. Saves a lot of time and gets great results. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I like the product, but there is a lot to stay on top of for maximum effectiveness. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? "They have fantastic customer support."
What do you like best about Birdeye? The have an awesome customer review widget that you can put on your website. It's so helpful to be able to text and email clients for their reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The email template maker is limited and images etc has to be added via custom HTML. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes it extremely easy to get Google reviews fairly quickly. The automation is very convenient.

What do you like best about Birdeye? They specially integrated with Payzerware for more efficient reviews, now it's automatically generated and applied to our business. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Older generation doesn't know how to log into platforms, but they still use direct feedback What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting the review requests to the customers without emails.
