What do you like best about Birdeye? Instant Feedback from customers. Ability to correct poor customer service asap. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There have been no features that I dislike. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It has given us insight on our company's customer service strengths and where we need to improve.

What do you like best about Birdeye? It makes managing multiple platforms easier. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The only thing I could think of is some automation responses occur multiple times to the same customer asking for a review. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye is helping us get more reviews with automation, which will help our overall brand.
