Overall Great Experience
First off, we are only using the Reviews module but our experience to-date has been very good. The Birdeye folks were terrific thru the evaluation process - very accommodating. The implementation team was efficient and professional and communicated well. Since going 'live' the support has been good. The product is very easy to use and the ability to set rules for replies and routing are very complete.

Would recommend Birdeye for any business!
Birdeye has been a great partner to us. We do things a little differently and they have always been accommodating and helpful. There API is amazing and we have tapped into this to create countless automations. Would recommend Birdeye for any business!

Best small business tool!
Birdeye has helped tremendously with my small business. From listing management, marketing, customer communication, and reputation management...and more! I haven't had much trouble but if I get stuck and need help they respond and resolve immediatey

A great place to go for all your ear problems
Great welcome from the receptionist and Monica who microsuctioned my ears put me at my ease and spoke to me all through the procedure explaining what was happening. She was very professional throughout. I can definitely recommend this Hearing Clinic.

Birdeye made review gathering
Birdeye made review gathering, social media posting, AI contents easier for us. Our reviews are sent automatically to our valued customers, this ease the burden for us for manual sending of reviews. We also never missed to reply to reviews since the AI automatically reply to our reviews.We've been with birdeye for almost 3yrs now and we love it.

Overall very satisfied
We have used Birdeye about a year now. Our customer feedback and reviews have greatly increased. They are passed on to Google which is good exposure for us. Haven't had to contact Birdeye since the initial establishment of the account so can't speak to customer service except to say initially it was very good. Overall very happy with this account and the results.
