What do you like best about Birdeye? I love how I can monitor reviews, and surveys while reviewing business insights all within Birdeye. It is very user-friendly with a short learning curve. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Some integration challenges will occur, more than wanted. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps me monitor the online reputation from various platforms. It allows me to provide proper feedback to our customers and insight.
