What do you like best about Birdeye? Easy tool for our company to manage and identify any customer service issues and acknowlodge our employees efforts. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I don't have any. Love able to be able to use the app to respond to situations in a timely manner. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye allows us to provide real time answers to issues and extend kudos to our employees and help respond to issues about your business.

What do you like best about Birdeye? It helps create the right wording to communicate with our guests. What do you dislike about Birdeye? That it does not connect with Yelp, or possibly I'm not using it correctly. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It responds to the guests right away with the comment

"The swiss army knife of business communication"

What do you like best about Birdeye? All of my marketing and customer communication in one easy-to-navigate dashboard. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I hope one day it will integrate with our CRM Service Autopilot! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Customers can reach us directly from our website and solve for the slow lead generation we get with phone calls and emails.

"Very easy to manage & navigate"

What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye allows you to views areas of improvement within your business. Using the reporting tools you can even set up recurring reports to be sent directly to your team. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have not encounter a downside to using Birdeye What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to find out what isues my customer are having with my service, I can narrow down the time and dates as well.

What do you like best about Birdeye? Time Saver! no more searching across site, it all comes to you. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Yelp reviews don't integrate very well. This is a yelp issue not a birds eye issue. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Saving time by not searching across sites. The AI feature is a game changer. In the past we had set responses programmed in. The new AI feature responds directly to the customers concerns in their review.

"Reputation Management Life Saver!"

What do you like best about Birdeye? We love BirdEye because it allows us to view all of our online reviews in one location and allows us to respond seamlessly. We can also integrate with our Property Management software to send out review requests and surveys to see where we are excelling and where we need to improve. What do you dislike about Birdeye?
