What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye has been a great resource for our business to have a more effective presence online. It has given us some great tools to respond to clients and manage our reviews across a lot of different platforms. We love it!!!!!!!!!!!! What do you like best about Birdeye? That it is effortless and great customer service with Shraiya Bansal setting up my account and helping us with all the details to get it implemented. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I had to create a zap through Zapier into my CRM Bonzo which has been difficult to hit the correct milestone which we are still trying to get right. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting Zapier to fire on the correct milestone
