What do you like best about Birdeye? Good support, does the job! I don't have many complaints. Good company. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish i could get more reviews, and see higher quantity but that's on us. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Listing management and reputation increase

"Very helpful & Responsive"
What do you like best about Birdeye? Any questions I had in the beginning was quickly answered and always eager to help train new managers on the processes. Birdeye measures the data we need for our board meetings monthly so those monthly meetings always helped. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I dont have anything to write about here. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Data around our 5 locations

What do you like best about Birdeye? The patient feedback is fast and easy.Also love the confimation text system What do you dislike about Birdeye? The only downside is come patients get mutliple texts anytime the appoint gets adjusted. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It has helped confirmation for appointments

What do you like best about Birdeye? They handle many tasks and has made our life smoother, as we can send text messages to the patients, confirm patient appointments, receive the payments from patients using link, also we can send statements to the patients. What do you dislike about Birdeye? It would be better if they could integrate with eCW, but it's not Birdeye, eCW doesn;t allow they to integrate with them. What do you like best about Birdeye? I like its simple-to-use interface on the web and also in the app itself. It's easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. The dashboard is probably my favourite thing as it displays everything at a glance and in ways that is easy to see/understand. What do you dislike about Birdeye?
