"It is a very simple and intuitive way to reach patients/clients."
What do you like best about Birdeye? It is extremely user friendly. It does not take long to get the hang of it! What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have no dislikes at this time! If i had one I know I could ask for assitance and it would be addressed. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It is making it faster to reach our patients and answer simple questions. Rather than having them call in and wait for someone to answer the phone.

What do you like best about Birdeye? Good support, does the job! I don't have many complaints. Good company. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish i could get more reviews, and see higher quantity but that's on us. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Listing management and reputation increase

What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye has everything a business runner needs to keep up to date with clientele and their feelings toward the business. The new AI integration tools are neat! What do you dislike about Birdeye? The app could be a bit quicker but overall works as it should. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of customer reviews.

What do you like best about Birdeye? Any questions I had in the beginning was quickly answered and always eager to help train new managers on the processes. Birdeye measures the data we need for our board meetings monthly so those monthly meetings always helped. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I dont have anything to write about here. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Data around our 5 locations

What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is easy to work with and customer friendly. The site and mechanics are simple to use. The communication with clients are user friendly. What do you like best about Birdeye? Being able to message people back via there site is ideal. How they track reviews and such What do you dislike about Birdeye? Birdeye has alot of different programs and we only use a couple. I do not have any complaints about birdeye What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It helped us get more and more reviews. It also got all of our google pages working property with correct information
