"Great Experience Using Birdeye"
What do you like best about Birdeye? I love that it is a one-stop shop for so many aspects of reputation management. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Would like to see an option for low-cost location management for locations that do not get reviews such as warehouses. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye is helping us to move some location management tasks into their platform that will reduce redundancy.

"Great places to see reviews"
What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is very helpful when sending customers reviews and then I can check all the reviews in one place. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish birdeye would incorporate all of our website reviews into our counts that way I could see everything at once without looking around. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm now able to look at my Google and yelp reviews in 1 place.

"Proven Leader in Reputation Management"
What do you like best about Birdeye? The ability to accurately and in real time track online reviews from various review sites. Plus, Surveys are easy to setup and use. Our business strongly benefits from these products. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There's not much I dislike about Birdeye. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? When we first started with Birdeye we were just above a 2-star Google average rating portfolio-wide. Within 1.5 years, we were at a 3.6.

"Birdseye makes review management easy"
What do you like best about Birdeye? I like this platform because it is so easy to navigate. Supervising multiple sites and multiple review sites is difficult, and this saves me so much time. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish it were easier to respond to Yelp reviews What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Reviews showing up in one place, ease of response with programmed responses if I choose.

"Super Easy to get the word out!"
What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdseye is super easy to use and a online resource to look for real customer feedback! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Would be pretty cool to see an app for Birdseye. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdseye definitely gives fast paced people an easy way to leave reviews and feedback quick and easy and straight to the point!
