What do you like best about Birdeye? Having access to all history of conversations. Having everything on one website. How user-friendly it is. AI has been amazing too! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Maybe not having individual queues for each team. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It might sound repetitive, but having all things in one.

"BIRDEYE IS AMAZING"
What do you like best about Birdeye? They have made it so easy for us to give reviews to our patients. They have been amazing with any issues and quick to respond and help us. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have yet to find any. Everything works great What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Reviews and they are building our reputation.

What do you like best about Birdeye? Using Birdeye has increased our rating score online. The ease of this product is one of the best features. In a busy office, you do not always have a lot of time to put towards this type of service, but with Birdeye, the additional work is minimal. It is a great service. What do you dislike about Birdeye?
