Overall, really happy with the service!
Our google reviews have grown significantly since we started using Birdeye, which has had a really positive impact on our business! They also offer a really convenient way to communicate with our customers via text. In addition, customer support has been fantastic. There is a chat feature on their website where I can get instant answers and an easy support email to request help for bigger issues. Overall, really happy with the service!

Had a great onboarding experience
Had a great onboarding experience. The Birdeye program is a comprehensive program with alot of functionality. The onboarding experience was progressive, comprehensive and maintained a good pace. I had multiple five star reviews and links to many sites in a four week time period. Highly recommended.

highly recommend Sanyam at Birdeye
Sanyam was so helpful when it came to setting up the portal and demonstrating the most effective way of using it. It was always happy to make himself available and jump on a zoom.
