"Birdeye is Awesome!"
What do you like best about Birdeye? Everything is intergrated for our company. It is so easy to communicate with our customers and visa versa! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing that I can think of! I have not encountered an issue that has not been resolved. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? They ask for reviews automatically which is great, they communicate on our behalf as well.

I recently worked with support
I recently worked with support because one of my Google pages was no longer mapped. I sent a chat request and Sumeet was awesome! I got a couple "click here" and then "click there's" and I was fixed in less than 2 minutes. I have been using Birdeye for about 4 months now and it's been a great experience overall.

What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdye is always working to assist us regardless of the requests. Reema our account manager is simply amazing and always involved. She typically checks in on us regularly and lets it be known she and birdeye are here for us to succeed. This company improved my online rating…
This company improved my online rating within days. In addition I got capability of accepting credit card payments and a central location to create social media posts. I am very happy with Birdeye.

My experience with Bird eye so far has been AMAZING
My experience with Bird eye so far has been great ! We've been with them for a little less than a year but we don't see us stopping anytime soon. They have been very helpful with our business. We love using Bird eye!
