"Birdeye is Great for Getting Client Reviews!"

What do you like best about Birdeye? I like how easy it is to send a review request to our clients. Just a couple of clicks and they get links to leave reviews, making it easier for them so that they're more likely to actually "go to the trouble" of doing it! I also like how simple it is to update our business hours for all platforms in one spot. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I haven't come across anything that I don't like yet. What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye allows our clients to easily provide us feedback as well as reviews as to their experiences with us. It is integrated with our property management software so when a triggered event takes place that we were able to cutomize, Birdeye has the information needed to reach out to the resident to request the Google Review or allow them to give feedback if they want to contact the team directly instead of publishing a review. "Birdeye makes everything run so smoothly for us!"

What do you like best about Birdeye? If there are ever any problems, contacting support is so fast and easy. They respond right away, and usually resolve the problem as much as they can for us! That's incredibly helpful. Then they follow up to make sure the issue is resolved. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish there were more reports but other than that, they're the best. What do you like best about Birdeye? I like the texting feature the best, very quick and user friendly What do you dislike about Birdeye? I dislike having to do extra steps in our system because the payments do not link. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? They help when we need help, however if they cant link payment systems then it causes us to have to take extra steps.
