PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that it's so easy to send out and track click rates from review requests across multiple platforms. The design is clean and the UI is friendly. We're able to integrate partner softwares like Clio and collect contact information for marketing purposes. What do you like best? While we love the core functionality of the BirdEye Application (easy reviews) the new Inbox is excellent. Having the ability to be in front of potential customers as they are on your website and providing valuable feedback is key to our business. What do you dislike? Not much. What do you like best? I'm using this platform to help grow my internet presence, and it has been super effective in getting quality reviews from my customers. I send a text message through the app and my customer gets a link to give me a review on Facebook and Google. I love that!
