One platform for brand building needs
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like being able to transition to BirdEye without any fuss. Their customer service is tops. They would patiently answer our questions and help implement changes successfully, such as our virtual chat, which was a game changer and helped us raise our lead conversion rates. Great reputation management software
What do you like best? The Yardi integration is extremely beneficial for property management companies on that platform. We also love the location pages that aggregate reviews and rank in SERPs for SEO purposes What do you dislike? We haven't ran into anything we dislike as of yet. Thank God For Birdeye
What do you like best? Ease of use, being able to see overall data and the ease of campaign management What do you dislike? Having to call BE whenever a customer leaves us a good review on the direct feedback link. Recommendations to others considering the product: Always make sure your text campaigns are working What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Able to easily send review requests to customers.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like BirdEye overall, and also the small things: a message asking clients for a review, customer registration post-review, auto-publish feature to our social media channels, and the communications tool across the company, from webchat to texting.
