What do you like best? Birdeye's platform allows us to track online reviews among 11 locations. With their platform, in almost real-time, we know what our customers are saying about us online. Love Birdeye!

What do you like best? I love that the review process is automated. Patients receive a text or email after their appointment asking how their appointment was. They have the option to leave a Google review if they have a gmail account. If not, they are taken to a microsite to leave their review. It's pretty simple. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I really like that Birdeye is set up to send notifications before and after a tenant rents. The notification alerts them to do a review about their process. probably the best platform around for generating reviews and engaging customers
