Birdeye is great for making the review process frictionless for clients.

What do you like best? I like the "Check-in" feature the best because it makes it very easy to send out reviews. People want to open a text message and be presented with all the options. I also really like the feature that auto-posts positive reviews on to our social media platforms. What do you like best? The number of responses that we get to our survey requests through BirdEye is easily 5-6 times the amount that we were getting with our previous company. An app your employees will actually use. It's quick, easy, and by far the best review service.

What do you like best? BirdEye is set up to where you don't have to dig for information. It's a seamless process that encourages use without the hassle. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything I don't like just yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting our technicians to invite customers to leave reviews was like pulling teeth. Now it's simple enough that we don't need to encourage them any further.
