What do you like best? Ease of use, Birdeye has a great UI that allows users to quickly navigate and act where they need to. Allows us to quickly navigate and build where instead we would normally be learning the SaaS. Client side, you never buy into a partnership to just learn how to use their specific software. What do you like best? Customer Service is very through with their training, making the on-boarding process easy. What do you dislike?
