Game Changer!
What do you like best? The feedback gate process is incredible at helping us address negative customer experiences and getting happy customers to share about their experience online. We have never been able to figure out our online reputation until now. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike. Everything works really well! What do you like best? We had a difficult time navigating through the various online review platforms to respond to customer reviews and ask for customer reviews. It involved multiple logins every day, which took quite a bit a time, made it difficult to manage reviews, and interrupted our productivity. All of that changed when we started using Birdeye. I am a real estate professional who uses BirdEye to manage my online reputation.
What do you like best? Automation is the biggest factor for me. Set it and forget it. What do you dislike? The service is not cheap, however nothing this fully featured could be. Recommendations to others considering the product: Free up your time. Reviews are critical to your success, get your time back. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Freeing up my time to focus on servicing clients and not chasing reviews.

Increased Reviews!
What do you like best? I love the quick link we send to our clients! I think the reminders BirdEye sends out is great as well! What do you dislike? The downside if BirdEye is how we get notifications for other offices when someone leaves a comment on BBB site. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have increased our reviews which places us higher in the search engine.

Easy to use! Great for getting feedback
What do you like best? The reports that you are able to view, they show who submitted reviews and who receives the most What do you dislike? Sometimes the info doesnt pull the correct number of reviews that were sent out. Recommendations to others considering the product: none What problems are you solving with the product?
