Amazing and convenient tool to keep tabs on business reputation and communicate with your customers!

What do you like best? The convenience of seeing all your customer reviews in one place is paramount. I love how it has response templates to use for reviews when you are unsure of what to say, especially if there is a negative review. This is so helpful for those new to BirdEye or new to managing company reputation and just adds to the convenience of it all. What do you like best? The fact that it takes such little time and effort to send a customer a review request. What do you dislike? Haven't really found anything that I dislike for the moment. With BirdEye, all it takes is a copy/paste of the customers name, email, and phone number to send out a review request.

So much value it may as well be free

What do you like best? It is so easy to send clients a review link after every service call. They almost always respond to it and their responses are overwhelmingly 5-stars. What do you dislike? We would like to see better integration with Service Titan. We send review links manually because the integration has some shortcomings.
