What do you like best? I love the simplicity of the system for both myself and our clients. I can send clients emails and text messages with direct links to leave reviews. What do you dislike? I haven't really found anything that I dislike but if I have to say something, it would be price. What do you like best? Super easy! Once everything is set up and running all you have to do is your normal business and Birdeye handles getting your patients feed back.
