Easy to work with and always get a quick response when I have any questions.
What do you like best? How easy it is to send reviews to customers so they will rate us. What do you dislike? That our old lightspeed isn't compatible with Birdeye so we can't transfer all of our emails, names and phone numbers in the system as a whole. We have to individually enter them in. BirdEye has greatly improved our company online ratings
What do you like best? We get real time reviews from customers no matter which app they are using to leave a review. Any questions or comments a potential customer may have come directly through BirdEye as well. What do you dislike? No issues, BirdEye works better than we expected. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to reply instantly to customers, and answer questions about our products and services

Fantastic Client Communication Platform
What do you like best? User friendly, efficient, and increased client reviews What do you dislike? I do wish it integrated with our software system Meevo. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Birdeye has given us the ability to quickly communicate with our guest via text, assign messages to specific employees to make sure issues are getting handled, and increasing our SEO with new reviews.

Super easy and convenient to use!
What do you like best? I love how I can reply to my google, Facebook and Healthgrade reviews using just one platform! What do you dislike? Nothing, we love bird eye! There is no other platform like it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It’s helping us reply to reviews very quickly! I also like how i can import reviews into an excel sheet. Makes It easier to do giveaways and pick a winner!

What do you like best? The platform is super user friendly and easy to share with a large amount of coworkers. What do you dislike? Sometimes I experience glitches when connecting a social media page. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great tool to have!
What do you like best? What we like best is being able to do everything in one spot, from messaging patients for reminders for appointments to be able to reply to reviews. We have also seen a rise in our reviews since joining which is amazing! Being able to message our patients the day before for a reminder has greatly improved our number of missed appointments. What do you dislike? One thing that we wish was an option is being able to send out a mass text message to our patients. ...

What do you like best? They help us reach out and ask our patients for feedback What do you dislike? There is nothing we dislike about this service What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? It's a super-easy way to send customers reviews What do you dislike? I haven't found anything yet that I dislike. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you want a platform to help bring your reviews to the next level choose Birdeye What problems are you solving with the product? Great Service and Even Better Customer Service
What do you like best? The customer service we have received since switching to BirdEye has been fantastic. I am such a fan of the tool but on the occasion that I get stumped on something, there is always someone ready to lend a helping hand. What do you dislike? BirdEye is great!
