Great company for Reviews
What do you like best? The Birdeye platform makes it easy to monitor and increase reviews. Great customer service. Very available when needed. What do you dislike? There are no downsides to using Birdeye. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Birdeye monitors reviews and provide an easy way to increase reviews with the tablet. Additionally, they auto respond to positive reviews and provide response for negative reviews.

Great way to communicate with customer and gather reviews.
What do you like best? The platform is easy to use and has all the tools necessary. Birdeye listens when you ask for updates or upgrades to their system. They continue to upgrade and are more affordable then their competitors. What do you dislike? Originally you couldn't isolate communication to 1 user, but the teams feature fixed that. Best word of mouth advertising
What do you like best? Once you do the easy setup, it constantly works without having to worry about it. I get so many new patients each month who can say they read the great reviews of my office. What do you dislike? I dislike nothing about the service, it is great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I had trouble getting patients to leave google reviews. It generates lots of new reviews every month.

Birdeye has been a simple way for clients to get in touch with us
What do you like best? I like that we can respond to clients in the Birdeye client and it will send the clients a text message if they are no longer on our website. Also the "add notes" feature has been very useful. What do you dislike? One particular thread refuses to stay in the "Closed" inbox, it keeps appearing in the "Open" inbox. Very minor annoyance. Amazing for managing reviews
What do you like best? I like how quickly I can get reviews and how the negative ones are designed to come to our company first so we can deal with dissatisfied customers without them having to make things public. What do you like best? BirdEye is extremely easy to use! You can view and control all reviews from their website and mobile app, which are both user friendly.
