What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye customer service and ease of use has made it a favorite. What do you dislike about Birdeye? DO NOT use Birdeye for reputation management

I used Birdeye for 1 year. Little by little I noticed that features I was paying for were never turned on when my business was live with them. Then the pandemic came and I was closed for 3 months. I was told that because I paid in full for the year, I would not get a refund; only the monthy customers were getting a $600 refund.
