What do you dislike about Birdeye? It can get pricey when you're adding up different marketing tools, but overall when you look at the value it brings - it's worth it! What do you like best about Birdeye? Once Birdeye is set up anybody can use it . It does not take a computer expert. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have not found anything to this point that I have had a problem with. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We struggled to get our customers to leave reviews before Birdeye. Now we send the link and we get about 10 - 20 % leave responses.
