"We switched to Birdeye and should have done it earlier!"

What do you like best about Birdeye? We were using another major provider of review requests and website chat. We were having a lot of unresolved software issues with the mobile app and couldn't sell our people on using the technology. We switched and everything is working seamlessly! "Very well, also good."

What do you like best about Birdeye? The ability to receive reviews via API and post in Microsoft Teams. We then click on them to respond in Birdeye What do you dislike about Birdeye? Most likely the messaging system. Having to use a separate number makes it not usable for us. (But that's okay) What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Gaining reviews and making sure they all get answered!

"I think this is one of the coolest customer contact programs out there"

What do you like best about Birdeye? The ease and convenience of using this product. Also, their customer service is top notch! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing so far. Their responses are always timely and informative. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are starting to get a lot more reviews which has helped us tremendously. "Amazing onboarding support!"

What do you like best about Birdeye? I was incredibly impressed with the responsiveness from their entire team upon joining my new employer.
