What do you like best about Birdeye? I like having some control over how this works. I send off my customer lists weekly or bi-weekly, they add to the main list and send the review requests. What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye sends review requests to our patients. I am able to view and manage the reviews from one location. I can also see which platform they used to post their review, Google, Facebook or Healthgrades, there is also a direct reply that they can use which isn' t public. What do you dislike about Birdeye? What do you like best about Birdeye? The software is seamless with comprehensive analytics and a foolproof strategy to target completed jobs.
