Have not experience anything negative with the surveys What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Increasing our Google ratings and proactively asking for reviews. This produces many more positive reviews.

What do you like best about Birdeye? I like how quickly we are able to hear from tenants, that we are able to respond in real time and most likely to get a response in return. What do you dislike about Birdeye? For the most part it is used for prospects looking for apartments. I would say about half of the people are current tenants using it as a means to issue a complaint. What do you like best about Birdeye? The support team is always quick on the responses, and their sales team is always quick to set up a call if we need to ask some questions.
