What do you like best about Birdeye? Easy to use platform, everything is all in once place and makes it easy to communicate with consumers What do you dislike about Birdeye? What do you like best about Birdeye? The automation's and user experience are what I like most about Birdeye. We have increased our revenue and customer loyalty. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I dislike that I am not able to make payments from the Birdeye software. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? "Impactful Survey and Review Requests - plus a great team of support!"

What do you like best about Birdeye? The review requests that we have implemented with our surveys are really making a difference in increasing our positive Google and Facebook reviews from our Members. Highly recommended

PROS: I like that more than anything else, BirdEye is gently reminding us to get reviews. They already help us accumulate reviews, and offer features that other groups don't have. Their support team is brilliant because their response is instantaneous, offer great tips and efficient followups, and help us incorporate data on our site. CONS: It would be great for us to be able to easily integrate the systems we needed, but the support team is always onhand for any of our concerns.
