What do you like best about Birdeye? The ease of sending campaigns to solicit feedback from our customers to tracking, monitoring and responding to patient reviews is very simple. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The format for uploading the customer list. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We have gone from less than a 3.0 Google score to over 4.5. It has attracted more new customers to our business.

We were not asking our customers "how we did" and Birdeye's solution made this easy and effective. We have integrations with our website as well and overall, Birdeye is a valuable piece of our technology suite. What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is convenient and easy to use. Neha is a great account rep. What do you dislike about Birdeye? It is an excellent service, I really have no complaints. We are more organized and faster to respond to reviews.
