What do you like best about Birdeye? The interface is easy to navigate, which streamlines the process and creates efficiency. This is a huge key for us as we have many other areas to focus on and manage. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I haven't discovered anything negative at this point. What do you like best about Birdeye? I love the easily automated review responses and the quickness of the messaging with clients. We also enjoy seeing all of our social media accounts come together in one space to make management more effortless. I also love the constant contact with the Birdseye representative assigned to our account. What do you like best about Birdeye? The simplicity of the platform and the breadth of reporting/features. The campaign setup is intuitive and easy to execute, and it delivers as promised. The service level has been one of the strongest for any new vendor.
