I don't like that they are not easy customisble for multilingual interfaces What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Birdeye? The review aggregation is so well integrated! Very easy to use! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Yelp rating is not accurate since Birdeye aggregates all reviews What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to reach out to customers immediately and effectively!

"Birdeye has by far exceeded are expectations!"

What do you like best about Birdeye? The simplicity of the platform and the breadth of reporting/features. The campaign setup is intuitive and easy to execute, and it delivers as promised. The service level has been one of the strongest for any new vendor. We are currently using a portion of their full offerings, but will absolutely look to add on additonal tools based on intial sucess. What do you dislike about Birdeye?
