"Reputation Management All Star!"

What do you like best about Birdeye? The UI and the UX are fantastic. I know that many of our store-level associates find value in the mobile app as well. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I would like the ability to block spam numbers or contacts. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are closing the communication/feedback loop with our clients. This has a huge impact on our reputation. Our brand reputation is extremely important to us.

"Perfect Review Management Tool"

What do you like best about Birdeye? The Birdeye platform makes it extremely easy to manage all our reviews in one platform, plus with the build-in automation, it can be a time-saver with auto responses. Beyond the review management itself, the platform makes requesting for reviews a seamless process through both email and text message, especially when set up via the SFTP site. "Really helpful all times"

What do you like best about Birdeye? It has helped us a lot with our customer service. Allows us to communicate with our customers and getting instant feedback. What do you dislike about Birdeye? "Surveys that work!"

What do you like best about Birdeye? The number of responses that we get to our survey requests through BirdEye is easily 5-6 times the amount that we were getting with our previous company. The dashboard provides excellent information! What do you dislike about Birdeye? The daily message report that we have recently started receiving is not helpful or necessary for us to receive. "Excellent results"

What do you like best about Birdeye? The program is very easy to use, super user-friendly, our clients have left more reviews than any other strategy we created in-house. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have not yet found something I don't like but if I can suggest I would say having comments translated into English be great. The majority of our clients are Spanish and all reviews are left in Spanish. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Saving time

Manages my digital reputation efficiently

PROS: I like being able to integrate on Yardi because it's good for property management groups. There are also the location pages that help aggregate reviews and increase SEO rankings. CONS: Nothing I can remember. I like it more than I can remember things for improvement.

Great for growing customers and reviews

PROS: I like BirdEye overall, and also the small things: a message asking clients for a review, customer registration post-review, auto-publish feature to our social media channels, and the communications tool across the company, from webchat to texting. CONS: BirdEye is great, and could use improvements like being able to record our own voicemail when clients call, or minimizing lags for new review notifications.
