What do you like best about Birdeye? The number and quality of our reviews have increased and I love what that's doing for brand reputation What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish there were more customization options within the platform. Our account rep is so helpful to look for options, but sometimes it's not enough. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We're receiving direct feedback when issues need resolving vs getting blasted publically.
