What do you like best about Birdeye? its easy to use and effective for all parties. What do you dislike about Birdeye? sometimes the system is slow but will correct itself over time. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Go for it they're great and definitely worth the money. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? company reviews are the biggest problem solving tool available.

What do you like best about Birdeye? The support from the Birdeye team. Whenever we have any questions, a team member is always available to help. Not to mention, the support is quick too. Sometimes I feel like when you need help it can take forever to reach someone, but with Birdeye it is super quick and easy. What do you dislike about Birdeye? What do you like best about Birdeye? Easy to use, good support. Easy to integrate into our processes, including chatbot. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Excellent tool
PROS: I like that it's so easy to generate Google reviews with BirdEye. CONS: Its UI could be more simple and easy to use. It would be helpful if we can track clicks to the review link and which platform it goes to.

One platform for brand building needs
PROS: I like being able to transition to BirdEye without any fuss. Their customer service is tops. They would patiently answer our questions and help implement changes successfully, such as our virtual chat, which was a game changer and helped us raise our lead conversion rates. There's also the auto-sending of review requests, instead of manual follow-ups. Great platform! What do you like best about Birdeye? I like the ease of using the app -and- the fact that our entire team can use the app throughout the day via their cell phones. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing. I get notification of a new review via Gmail first, and sometimes I mistakenly respond to reviews there, then I do again via the Birdeye dashboard. "Great at getting the job done!"
What do you like best about Birdeye? Super easy! Once everything is set up and running all you have to do is your normal business and Birdeye handles getting your patients feed back. Direct feedback has help us address concerns that normally would have gone unaddressed. The program has also helped us boast our google rating. What do you dislike about Birdeye? What do you like best about Birdeye? Customer service response time and the fact that we can manage everything in one dashboard. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The number of times that we have to contact support because of something that needs to be done by support at the back. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye helps me to keep track of all our online reviews in real time. It even notifies me, both via app and via email, when we receive a less-than-great one so I can follow up immediately! The app is super easy to use, and I also love the review invite feature.
