What do you like best about Birdeye? I like how there is a rep to help with anything I need. Whenever I needed help, the rep was super willing to do whatever they can to help me. The software is also super easy to use. What do you dislike about Birdeye? It is expensive for what you get. We only are using this for 2 of our 70 stores, and without putting all them on our account it is expensive. We like it though, and it is well worth the price.
