"Excellent for Managing Reviews Across Multiple Locations"
What do you like best about Birdeye? I love that I'm able to have all of the reviews from my company's locations in one place. It's such a time-saver than having to go to each individual page to answer reviews across 200+ platforms. It allows me to make guest recovery a seamless experience for myself and guests alike. "If You're Managing Messages & Google Reviews Manually... YOU NEED BIRDEYE"
What do you like best about Birdeye? I love being able to manage all of our ORM on one platform. Also, automated responses make it a 15 minute task (115 businesses) rather than an all day man hunt. Surveys are GREAT too! Love that they are automated and I can pull a report for quick review! What do you dislike about Birdeye? The inbox is least helpful. Our team uses the tagging feature which allows us to keep track of which reviews we have responded to and which ones we are waiting for more information on.
